Say NO to yet another Gas Station in LaGrangeville we do not need!
The town wants to change the comprehensive plan for the 55/82 corridor. This will allow warehouses, gas stations, nightclubs and more.
In fact, a developer has proposed a new gas station and store at 2292 Route 82 in LaGrangeville.
This would bring in massive fuel tanker refill trucks, delivery trucks, cars, fumes, gas spills and more.
Enough is enough, we do not need to rezone land for more gas stations!

Why Do We Oppose
We are a group of LaGrange residents who successfully fought a similar rezone recently with the 55/82 rezone battle. Rezones are a serious matter – and people move to areas, and open businesses, based on the current zoning. Why would home and businesses within a mile of this new proposal want the risk of fuel trucks, cars, fumes and spills in their neighborhood?
